A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. San Bernardino County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms apply to the query after submission.
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that message beyond the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
